Gerry Sandusky - President

A TV & radio broadcaster for more than two decades, Gerry has worked as a sportscaster in both Miami and Baltimore. He is also the radio play-by-play voice of the NFL's Baltimore Ravens. He has covered events ranging from the Super Bowl to Major League All-Star game and he has interviewed stars and celebrities ranging from Michael Jordan to former President Ronald Reagan.

Gerry is a two-time Emmy and Edward R. Murrow award winner. Gerry founded The Sandusky Group nearly a decade ago. He understands first-hand how the power of first-rate presentation, media, and communication skills translate to a company's overall success.

Gerry Sandusky is a graduate of Towson University.

Married, with two children, Gerry remains mystified why his parents chose to spell his first name with a "G" and shackled him to a lifetime of misspellings.

 


Chip Tames - Director of Presentation Coaching

Chip Tames has spent the past quarter of a century in the fields of business and communications. Chip received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Randolph-Macon College and began his career with Northwestern Mutual Insurance working in front-line sales. He then moved to a prominent training company as a Sales Manager, and then as a Corporate Trainer and Development Specialist. Chip received the 2002 "Excellence in Instruction" award by the Dale Carnegie Corporation, as a testament to his ability to entertain as well as educate in the corporate environment.

A Master Certified Trainer with Shapiro Negotiations Institute, Chip understands the power of putting communication skills to use in even the most difficult of situations.

Chip's playful sense of humor and his "down-to-earth" approach connect with audiences of all sizes, backgrounds, and locations. He has presented to and trained professionals on four different continents.

A master motivator, coach, and consultant, Chip takes great pride in his ability to reach audiences everywhere even if he has no idea how the GPS system in his car works. 

 


Megan McHale - Media and Presentation Coach

An Emmy award winning television news anchor and reporter, Megan McHale has worked as both an anchor and reporter with television stations in Montana, Arkansas, Baltimore, and Boston.  

Throughout her career, she has interviewed political leaders, including Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, as well as hundreds of CEOs, experts, authors and celebrities.  

A native of Philadelphia, Megan earned a bachelor's degree in English from St. Joseph's University and master's degree in mass communication from Emerson College.

As the mother of three young children, Megan has a renewed appreciation for the many different forms communication can take.
