You may already know what needs attention. The harder question is what deserves attention first.
Your brain can’t rank fifteen things at once, but It can answer ‘this one or that one?’ all day long.
- Which business initiative should you pursue?
- Which project should move forward?
- Which improvement would make the greatest difference?
The Prioritizer gives you a structured way to make those choices. Instead of trying to sort the entire list at once, you answer a simpler question:
Between these two options, which matters more?
Add the ideas, projects, initiatives, or tasks you want to prioritize.
Define what “most important” means for this decision.
For example:
“Which initiative would make the greatest difference to our business right now?”
Choose the option that best answers your question. Continue through the comparisons until your ranking is complete.
Review your ranked results, save them, and use them to guide your next conversation or action plan.
The Prioritizer System helps you work through that decision one comparison at a time. Enter your options, choose the question that matters, and compare two items head-to-head. The result is a ranked list based on your choices—not someone else’s assumptions.

At one point in my career I had three jobs: Ravens play-by-play announcer, TV sportscaster, president of my consulting firm. That's a lot to keep track of.
I had multiple priorities in multiple areas—but I still only had one day at a time to fill with activities.
It's easy to stay busy. The key is stay focuses on what matters most, what matters nows, and what order to do things in.
The Prioritizer helped me—and still helps me—focus my attention on the top priorities, the activities that move the needle the most. The Prioritizer helps me focus on what matters most, what matters now, and what comes first.
And it will do the same for you.
